Victoria Place at Ward Village — Showroom Opens 12/28/19
After a very successful initial launch, Victoria Place officially opens its showroom to the general public. Victoria Place is Howard Hughes’ 7th residential tower in Kakaako’s Ward Village. At the showroom, potential buyers can view the finishes of the building, view floor plans, compare prices, and see a mock-up kitchenette and bathroom.
The new 6th-floor showroom has spared no expense and is completely unrecognizable from the old Aeo and Aalii showroom. The gallery is open from 10am to 5pm daily. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to make an appointment to ensure you can see the sales gallery for Victoria Place at Ward Village.

Victoria Place will be an Ultra Luxury Condominium right next to Waiea on the front row of Ala Moana Blvd facing the ocean consisting of 350 residences. 175 out of 350 units will be sold as unrestricted units (can be used as investment or owner occupant) and the remaining will go towards owner occupant. At the end of 30 days it will open up to investors.
Ben Wrigley is the designer of the tower, Adam Tihany is the Interior Architect, and Don Vitta will be in charge of landscape design (also did Park Lane).
The residences will start on the 6th floor and go up to the 40th floor. Generous 9ft high ceilings will be in all units except for the top 3 units which will have 10ft high ceilings. The floor plate will remain the same and will have 10 units per floor and will consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences. Prices will range from $1.2 million up to $5.2 million. Potential buyers may also combine the 2 front 3-bedrooms or the Diamond Head/East 3-bedroom and Diamond Head/East 2 bedroom to become a grand 3715 sq ft residence (front 3 bedroom combination) or a 3152 sq ft residence (corner front diamond head/east 3 and 2 bedroom combination).
