Ho’opili’s Newest Release of Multi-Generational Homes
Olena at Hoopili is the newest phase to be introduced in 2020 to Hoopili — D.R. Horton’s Master-Planned-Community connecting Ewa Beach to Kapolei on the island of Oahu. Olena will feature modern contemporary designed homes with multi-generational living designed in mind. The homes will also feature 2-car garages.
Homes at Olena will feature 3 to 4 bedroom single family homes. With Hawaii’s diverse multi-cultural background, it is common to see multiple generations living within the same home. At Hoopili, Olena is designed to accommodate multi-generational living and is the first phase in Hoopili to do so. Depending on the home plan, Olena will feature multiple master suites, separate entries, and feature a modern and open floor plan.
Olena will feature modern white cabinets with soft close features, kohler sinks, stainless steel appliances, WiFi enabled stove/oven, whole house split AC, USB smart outlets, smart home features, and much more! Depending on the floor plan you can also expect to see walk in closets for all rooms, islands, wet-bars, and attached 2-car garages.
The first release of Olena will feature 5 single family homes starting at $837,000(FS) going up to $889,000(FS). This will be a lottery and applications will be due on Saturday February 15, 2020 at 5pm. The lottery will take place on Sunday February 16, 2020 at 10am.
