Koa Ridge’s First Lottery
Nanea’s lottery officially kicks off Koa Ridge
After much anticipation, Koa Ridge is finally underway! The first release will be done via lottery and will be for Nanea — Koa Ridge’s first release of Single Family CPR homes. Nanea will feature a total of 146 homes and be released over the course of 9 phases. The homes for the first lottery will be 3–4 bedroom homes and will range in price from $884,000 to $1,057,500.

Important Dates
If you are interested in applying for the first lottery there are a few important dates to pay attention to:
- 7/24/2020 full application along with project pre-approvals are due by noon.
- 7/25/2020 Koa Ridge will have a virtual lottery and the results will be emailed and posted online.
- 7/26–7/27/2020 applications will select units based on their unit selection appointment.
