As we move towards the middle of summer, we are already seeing a vast change in the 576 acre master-planned-community known as Koa Ridge. From the air you will see the various areas sub sectioned and infrastructure continues throughout the area.
From behind the black construction barriers there have been various improvements to Koa Ridge, dirt road ways are beginning to be paved out and additional sewer lines have been added to various phases within the community.
