Keeaumoku Towers

A brand new twin tower project coming to Midtown Ala Moana

The Park on Ke’eaumoku (Also dubbed early on as Keeaumoku Towers) is the newest project coming to the Midtown Ala Moana neighborhood in Honolulu, Hawaii. This project will consist of two 400ft tall towers that will provide almost 1000 new homes to the neighborhood. The exact number is 964 units (836 will be sold as market-priced units and 128 units will be sold as affordable housing units). The Park on Ke’eaumoku will have studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom homes.

It is unsure at this point what type of units will be available for affordable housing, what prices will start at, and how long the occupancy period will be. But it is safe to assume there will at least be studios and 1-bedrooms available.
