Ke Kilohana initially had sales in 2016 and this building was the first reserved housing building to come to Ward Village. Ke Kilohana has a total of 424 units and 375 (88% of the building) went to local buyers who met HCDA’s reserved housing guidelines (essentially need to earn under a certain income and have under a certain amount of assets). The remaining 12% was sold as market units.
Ke Kilohana will have 4 bulk closings starting on May 15, May 23, June 5, and June 20th. The flagship commercial retail at the bottom of the building, Longs Drugs Store/CVS, will open later this year.
This marks the 4th tower for Howard Hughes’ Ward Village Master Planned Community comprising of 60 acres shown below.
