The Newest Project Coming To Kakaako with Affordable Housing
Ililani in Kakaako is the newest project to Oahu. This 42 story 400 foot tower designed by Kenneth Kai chang, will contain a 328 units and 165 of the units will go towards Affordable Housing. The other 163 units will be sold as Market units. The project will only consist of 1 and 2 bedroom units and each unit will have a lanai and at least 1 parking. Some market 2 bed units will have a tandem stall.
Ililani will be located in Kakaako between Keauhou Place and Keola Lai near SALT and Mother Waldron Park.
Ililani will be taking affordable applications from July 26 — August 25 *30 Days Only*. If you are interested REGISTER YOUR INTEREST to be kept up to date.
Ililani will have a wide array of amenities ranging from your typical BBQ Grills and Cinema Areas to very unique amenities such as Community Gardens, a Citrus Grove, and Relaxation Area. The building will be pet friendly and will even have ground floor commercial retail for shops and restaurants.
If you are a local Hawaii resident over 18 years of age and do not own majority interest of any property (in the world) you may be eligible to get an affordable housing unit at Ililani.
