Ho’oulu at Ho’opili’s Third Lottery
Just Announced — Ho’oulu will have its 3rd lottery on June 8. Applications Due on June 7 by 5pm.
As we enter the summer, the home search for buyers heats up. Most people looking for a home on Oahu will usually look at what’s available on the Leeward (West) Coast and as you will see, you can get a lot more square footage for your money.
If you are looking for a brand new single family house in the Kapolei/Ewa Beach area, you may just want to test your luck out on the lottery for Ho’oulu at Ho’opili. Single family homes are priced starting in the low $600,000s with NO maintenance fee.
Applications are due by June 7, 2019 by 5pm. Register here to make sure you get entered for the lottery. If you don’t get lucky, don’t fret, there will be more Ho’oulu lotteries to come (hopefully one more in June, if not then July).
