Hawaii City Plaza has officially announced the start of sales for 74 Owner Occupant units consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units. This 27 floor building will have 184 units with ground floor retail and resort level amenities.

Prices for the 1 bedrooms will start in the mid $600,000s to $784,000 and the 2 bedrooms will range from $798,000 to $1,186,000 and all are fee simple.
