Anaha Grand Penthouse
A brief look at the mansion in the sky at Anaha in Ward Village, Kakaako
As a Realtor, I am fortunate enough to have seen a vast variety of properties across the island. From tear-downs, to fixer-uppers, to immaculate move-in-ready homes, I’ve seen quite a lot of them. But then it dawned upon me, rarely does the general public get to see these mega mansions or palaces in the sky — that is unless you’re watching Million Dollar Listing, HGTV, or personally buying it.
Today I will share one of the more memorable Penthouses that truly wow’ed me. That would be the Anaha Grand Penthouse unit 3800 in Kakaako’s Ward Village. (If you’re not interested in reading, scroll down to watch the video)
Anaha is located in Howard Hughes’ Ward Village — a 60 acre master planned community in the heart of Kakaako located right between Waikiki/Ala Moana and Downtown Oahu. The building was completed in 2017 and features a tower and the low-rise portion which consists of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bedroom units. Up on the upper floors you will find your usual Penthouses, but on the very top floor you will find the Pièce de résistance — the Grand Penthouse.
The Grand Penthouse is half of the entire building and the one that I will show you in the video below is the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath palace in the sky that has amazing views of the ocean, Diamond Head, and the city.
The Grand Penthouse is 7,847 sq ft (6,737 sq. ft. interior + 1,110 sq. ft. lanai sky terrace). The unit features the best and finest materials and has the finest appliances and fixtures around. The unit has Miele appliances throughout the unit along with several floor to ceiling Miele wine walls. There’s European Cabinetry, Dornbracht plumbing fixtures, and comes fully furnished. The best thing about the unit is the exclusive sky terrace that solely belongs to you. It has stunning panoramic views and has its own private infinity pool!
Now if you were interested in what a Grand Penthouse goes for you better be prepared to have some deep pockets. This unit was originally listed for $22million dollars which makes it one of the most expensive condos on Oahu. Take a look below at the 2:31 video of the Grand Penthouse.
