Alia in Kakaako Launches Sales
Alia is the newest luxury high-rise condo developed by the Kobayashi Group
Alia will be located at 888 Ala Moana Blvd and is a front-row luxury high-rise that will have 411 tower units and 40 reserved housing units underneath the amenity deck. There will be 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units and is targeting a completion date of 2026. If you are familiar with Hawaii Real Estate, you will notice the developer Kobayashi Group. This is the same developer who built Hokua, One Ala Moana, and Park Lane. Many people see Alia as a Hokua 2.0 but with One Ala Moana and Park Lane styled amenities.
Alia will have a plethora of amenities and will be spread throuhgout the ground floor and 6th floor of the building. Here you will find all the amenities a typical luxury condominium has with the addition of a few unique amenities not normally found in Hawaii. The more unique amenities will include a two-lane bowling alley, a bocce court, and a half basketball court that can be also used as a large party area.
The units at Alia will feature 9ft high ceilings for units up to the 20th floor. The ceiling height then changes to 9.5ft high ceilings for units on floors 21 through 39. All units will have luxury Gaggenau appliances, European white oak wide plank flooring, and quartz countertops. There will normally be 13 units per floor with the exception of a few floors with combination units (owners who desire a larger 3 bedroom may buy two units and have them combined into an even larger unit). In Alia, 9 of the 13 units will have lanais that help with air circulation and create a slight shadow overhang which will keep temperatures cooler during the day.
The views at Alia will feature amazing ocean views. Because the project is situated on top of a 3.2 acre lot, the developer was able to slant the building so that 8 of the 13 units can enjoy ocean views. Below is a view plane video from different elevations. Remember, the building goes up to the 39th floor which will be at 400 ft elevation. The 200 ft elevation is the middle of the building.
