A look at Anaha’s $15,000,000 Grand Penthouse in Ward Village, Kakaako
One of the most expensive luxury condos in Honolulu, Hawaii
Located in the heart of Honolulu lies one of the most vibrant and trendy neighborhoods in all of Hawaii — Kaka’ako. More specificially, Ward Village in Kaka’ako. Ward Village is a 60-acre Master Planned Community being developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation. There are currently 7 Buildings (3 under construction) with more on the way. This is a vertical master planned community which means everything is just a short distance away once you go down your elevator. The neighborhood has 24/7 security patrol, Outdoor Music Speakers, Commercial Retail, and fun community events.
Today I’ll be showing you one of the two Grand Penthouses in Anaha at Ward Village (Howard Hughes’ 2nd building in Ward Village). Rarely do these units open up for the general public (and even Realtors) and due to Covid, it is even harder to see. But here is a quick overview of the massive mansion in the sky.
Anaha 3801 is a massive 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath unit that takes up half of the entire floor plate of Anaha. The unit has a whopping 6,734 Sq Ft of living space (5,819 Interior + 915 Lanai) with 10–11 ft high ceilings (depending on where you are within the unit), floor-to-ceiling windows, and drop-dead gorgeous views of the Ocean, Mountain, Sunset, and the City.
The interior is decked out with Marble stonework throughout the unit, high gloss white StudioBecker cabinets, Miele and Wolf appliances, and oak flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen also features a massive Miele Wine Wall Refrigerator that can hold up to 200 bottles!
The Master/Primary bedroom is located down at the end of the hallway corridor to allow for more privacy. The unit is situated on the mountain side of the building, but it still has views of the ocean. A unique feature is that this room features its own attached den, walk-in-closet, and TWO full sized bathrooms with a tub, shower, and dual vanity sinks.
This mega mansion in the sky also has 4 additional rooms and a den located right behind the kitchen near the front foyer. All are very spacious, have ocean and city views, large closets, and their own bathrooms.
If you made it this far, I’m sure you are wondering what is the current maintenance fees of this gorgeous penthouse. The total fees are:
$7,480 a month!
It is quite steep when you compare it to some other Penthouses or homes around the island, but you are getting a unique piece of property that is hard to come by. The building was designed by Solomon Cordwell and Buenz and was furnished by Lauren Rottet (world renown interior designer). Almost all the furniture is custom Italian made peices and the artwork has been hand picked by one of the top local art connoisseurs (Kevin Sueda) who has helped pick the artwork for Park Lane, Victoria Place, and many other luxury buildings. More importantly you are paying for the convenience and lifestyle of Ward Village. Shops and restaurants are just an elevator ride away and you have everything practically at your fingertips.
As a bonus, here is a quick video tour of the other Grand Penthouse which was listed for $19,000,000.
